F.A.Q.

What happens when my license renews?

Your license runs for 12 months from the date of purchase. As long as you renew without a lapse, your rate stays locked at $497/year, renewal pricing increases apply only to new customers, never to schools already licensed. Renewal invoices are sent 30 days before your license expires.

What happens if we don't renew?

Nothing happens mid-year. Your access continues through the end of your current 12-month license period, so materials are never pulled in the middle of a school year. If you decide to come back later, you can reactivate anytime with no penalty and no reapplication process.

Do you offer pricing for districts with multiple schools?

Yes. Districts licensing 2 or more schools under a single agreement receive 25% off the per-school rate. Reach out directly for a formal district quote.
